The scope of this project involved the addition and renovations to the existing municipal recreation centre. Features of the project included new studios and main entry, renovations to washrooms, change rooms, administration offices, and related areas. Kinetic completed the work in fully operational facility, with no impact to operations. 

The project was completed under a stipulated price contract, on time and on budget. This project was delivered adjacent to a fully operational facility which implied that the utmost focus of our project team was to be ensuring safety and convenience beyond our crews and trades, but more so for the recreation centre users and staff. Transparent communications and clear protocols were established in addition to the physical hoardings that made this possible. We were proud to partner with the consultant team and collaborate closely with the client in the delivery of this community project that has served the people of Saanich since its completion.
