Located in Downtown Victoria, this 15 storey residential building comprises 209 market rental units. Among other amenities, it has a social room on the ground level and a rooftop deck plus 3 levels of underground parking for tenants and visitors.

The Kinetic Project Team collaborated with the Owner and MCMP Architects to identify value engineering opportunities and optimze the schedule.
Significant planning went to the site logistics as the location provided a limited laydown area. After successful construction of the structure and the envelope, the finishes proceeded at a steady pace with careful coordination of trade sequencing to ensure quality and a productive work environment for all stakeholders.
