Established: 1984
Kinetic was founded in 1984 by Bill Gyles, opening a Victoria-based general contracting business.
The company’s first projects included institutional buildings, renovations, seismic upgrades, and marine projects on Southern Vancouver Island. Kinetic progressively continued strong growth, expanding its scope to include healthcare, multi-unit residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
